Richie just released a new, behind-the-scenes look at his studio sessions with Ann Marie Calhoun on his YouTube channel. The video features Richie and Ann Marie working through some of the violin segments from their time in the studio together, and showcases the incredible, centuries-old Stradivarius violin that Ann Marie played throughout the sessions. Last month, Richie stepped away from prepping for the Bon Jovi world tour to record a few acoustic versions of his songs with violinist Ann Marie Calhoun in Los Angeles. Today, he’s releasing the first video from the sessions: an acoustic take on “Taking a Chance on The Wind.” The original version of the song appears on Richie’s latest release: Aftermath of the Lowdown (available for sale via his website and iTunes).
